The illustrative images of the solutions / equipment that 4Umans provides are by default made available by the manufacturers and are their exclusive responsibility. When they are our responsibility, we try as much as they can to explain the solutions / equipment, however some images for being composed and / or complex, may not be enough for the Client to have a full interpretation of reality.
Solutions / Equipment Pricing
All solutions/equipment prices are clearly and clearly marked. The marked prices already include the VAT at the legal rate in force. Prices can be changed with no previously communication.
Evaluate Solutions / Equipment
All solutions / equipment sold by 4Umans and available in stock, can be viewed and tested by customers in our Showroom, simply by making a visit request for the purpose through the defined criteria.
Promotions and Opportunities, when existing, are clearly and clearly identified as such in the detailed information of the solutions / equipment on the website, with the price before the discount and the final price after application thereof being informed. All promotions carried out by 4Umans are subject to availability of products in stock. We reserve the right to cancel or change promotions without requiring prior notice.
The sending and dispatching of solutions / equipment to the respective purchasing Customers is carried out through a service subcontracted by 4Umans to a specialized logistics operator.
The entire process of delivering the solution / equipment purchased to the respective Client is the direct responsibility of the logistics operator, giving the services of 4Umans all the support necessary for their satisfaction.
We provide delivery of solutions / equipment in Portugal, Europe and other countries, varying the costs of sending / dispatching depending on the address of the recipient, volume and weight of the solution / equipment, as well as the total value of the order.
The costs involved in sending / dispatching any solution / equipment are expressed and stated in an evident and clear manner with the Customer at the time of ordering, prior to the respective payment and in the sum of the total to be paid.
If you purchased a solution/equipment at the 4Umans, you have 14 days after receiving the order to return it. 14-day period to return your order.
You can do this as long as the solution / equipment corresponds to the one purchased, is in the same condition as it was sold, in original packaging and accompanied by all the accessories that constitute it.
Before purchasing a solution/equipment at 4Umans keep in mind that in what concerns Contracts Resolution (Returns) there are at Portuguese Law * elements that differentiate a distance purchase (online and to be received at the address via carrier) from a purchase made/picked up directly in a commercial space.
* Portuguese law provides the consumer with a period of 14 days (commonly known as a cooling off period) after taking physical possession of the goods, during which he can return the item (s) without the need to give a reason. In cases of free Contract Resolution, the return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, as stipulated in no. 2 of article 13 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February.
- The returned item must correspond exactly to the one purchased;
- The returned item must be intact and without any mark / damage from use;
- You must return the item together with its packaging, manuals and immaculate accessories;
- Together with the returned item, you will have to attach the invoice containing the same item;
- You have 14 days to make the return.

Important: Please, Do not ship the item back to 4Umans without this prior contact.
If you identify any odamage caused by the shopping transport of the item you ordered, please contact us via the Customer Service contact number, e-mail, or Chat.
The refund is made after the returned equipment goes through the acceptance process in our warehouse, which can take 2 to 5 business days.
Then, with the approval of the same, we will confirm the refund that is made through the same payment medium used when purchasing.
