THE RIGHT OF FREE RESOLUTION

If you purchased a solution/equipment at the 4Umans, you have 14 days after receiving the order to return it. 14-day deadline, from the receipt of the order, to proceed to return it.

Under the right of free resolution, provided for in Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February. You can do so, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was sold - without scratchs, external damage or signs of use. It has to be in perfect working condition;
  • As well, packaged in its original packaging and accompanied by the user manual and all its accessories.

To be able to do it, the Customer NEEDS to contact 4umans Customer support or send an email to suporte@4umans.com. Our assistants will provide you with all the information about the return process.

RETURNS DUE SHIPPING DAMAGE

If you detect any anomaly or damage caused by transporting the item you ordered, you must report it to our costumer service.

After contacting our Customer support and being instructed how to return the your parcel, you can send us the item properly packed, with original packaging to the following address

All items will be checked upon arrival at our warehouse and it will only be accepted for exchange or return those which respect the return policies.
